Q: Is CBD the same as Marijuana?

A: Marijuana is a term referring to a cannabis plant containing high levels of THC. Cannabis with less than 0.3% THC is legally considered hemp. In addition to THC, the cannabis plant can produce over 100 unique chemicals called cannabinoids, one of which is CBD. While marijuana causes intoxication, CBD by itself does not. Any type of cannabis, whether high-THC or low-THC, can be bred to produce high levels of CBD. 

Q: Are these products legal in my state?

A: The products sold here are Hemp Derived, in accordance to state Hemp Pilot Program’s, with less than 0.3% THC (or 0% THC in some products -as labeled). This percentage is Federally legal.

Q:    Do I need a medical card to buy CBD products derived from Hemp?

A:    No. Because Hemp CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC by weight and are derived from Industrial Hemp,  there is no need to obtain a doctor’s prescription or to live in a medical marijuana state to have our products delivered to your door.  We strongly recommend consulting with a physician before adding any herbal product to your healthcare regime.

Q:    How much CBD should I take?

A:    This is a difficult question to answer because our customers find differences in their personal optimal serving size. We suggest you start low and slow, then ease your way up to larger servings if desired until you find the daily CBD levels that work best for you. **Please refer to our Facebook group page to hear our members personal testimonies.**

Q:    Can your products cure/treat my…?

A:   We comply with the FDA’s DSHEA guidelines and cannot endorse any specific medicinal benefits of our hemp derived products.  Please consult with your primary care physician to determine whether Hemp derived products should be introduced into your healthcare regime. Your wellness is our top priority.
